Polytec are looking for an FPGA Design Engineer for our client based a few miles north of Cambridge. Candidates at various stages of their career will be considered for this role, from graduates with 2 years minimum work experience to Senior FPGA Engineers.

Responsibilities:

You will be working in a busy R&D Hardware team on a variety of infrared thermal imaging projects. You will need a flexible approach and be happy to work in areas that may be outside your previous experience.

Requirements:

* Excellent 'A' level grades (A or B) plus a degree in Electronics or Physics
* At least 2 years’ significant experience in FPGA design and the ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of the principles involved
* Ability and enthusiasm to find out about, and work in, new areas
* A demonstrable commitment to producing 'right first time' quality work is essential
