Polytec are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor for our St Neots based client.

Responsibilities:

* Creation and delivery of the daily production plan
* Stage kitting and preparation of build stages for single piece flow production
* Ensure production standards are adhered to and work instructions are followed.
* Monitor single piece flow stages, ensuring performance to agreed TAKT times is met
* Review Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery (SQCD) KPI's ensuring corrective actions are in place for any deviation
* Manage team members, monitoring attendance and timekeeping and approving staff holidays with minimal disruption to the production schedule
* Complete performance reviews for the team
* Identify methods for continuous improvement

Requirements:

* Maths / English GCSE, grade C or above
* IOSH or NEBOSH Qualification
* Supervisory experience
* Experience of working within the Manufacturing industry
* Able to work in a fast paced, varied, and demanding environment
* Ability to delegate tasks
* Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting deadlines
* IT literate, competent with Microsoft Office
