Polytec are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer for our client based just north of Cambridge.

Responsibilities:

* Designing, implementing and testing printed circuit boards
* Taking functional specifications and turning them into detailed designs
* Contributing conceptual ideas to the team
* Procuring PCBs & components and assembling them into fully-functioning electronic modules
* Leading the integration of the electronics into the prototype designs

Requirements:

* Degree in Electronics / Electronic Engineering or similar
* Knowledge on drive electronics for nano-precision actuators, image capture systems and miniaturised computers to implement closed-loop control systems
* Previous experience within an electronic engineering role
