We are looking for an Order Execution Specialist (Export / Shipping) on a temporary basis for a company based in Royston, Hertfordshire to provide shipping / warehouse administration and ancillary support. It is anticipated that this role will last six months.
Responsibilities
* Prepare Export freight paperwork ie commercial invoices
* Prepare despatch documents using ERP system (training provided)
* Prepare shipping documentation for parcel shipments using UPS Worldship (training provided)
* Liaise with Goods Out Team Leader on shipping priorities
* Support the roll out of process improvements and changes as required
* Provide support and cover to shipping colleagues (small parcels) as needed
* Support kitting function as required, labelling / boxing
* Other reasonable administration tasks as required
Requirements
* GCSE Maths and English minimum
* Administrative duties in a despatch office
* Basic understanding of sales and distribution
* Computer literate
* Competent in Excel, Word, Outlook
* Attention to detail / accuracy
* Process oriented
* Self-motivated
* Adaptable and open to change
* Proactive approach and ability to manage own workload
* Team player
The following would be an advantage:
* Experience of Parcel Shipping Software (FedEx/UPS etc)
* Previous experience of export processes
* Experience working in a warehouse environment
* Sense of humour
* Effective Communicator
