The Cambridge Independent Science and Technology Awards 2023 winners and highly commended finalists. Picture: Keith Heppell
The winners of the Cambridge Independent Science and Technology Awards 2023 have been revealed at a ceremony held at the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge.
More than 350 people attended the event held on the evening of May 18, which celebrated and recognised remarkable achievements across a host of science and technology sectors in the Cambridge region.
Awards host, Cambridge Independent Editor Paul Brackley, said: “The extraordinary talents of science and technology sectors in the Cambridge region were clear for all to see at these awards.
“Congratulations to all our winners and highly commended finalists - and indeed, to all our nominees who made it on to highly competitive shortlists.
“I would like to thank our wonderful hosts at the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Anglia Ruskin University, and all of our sponsors for their terrific support. Without them, we could not have held this celebration.
“We look forward to telling more of the stories of our winners in the coming weeks and months - and to launching the search for the 2024 winners later this year.”
