Duration: 2 months initially, could extend or go permanent

Polytec are looking for 2 Electronics Technicians to start immediately for our client based just north of Cambridge.

Responsibilities:

* Assembly, rework and repair of electronic equipment
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
* Keeping accurate records of repairs, maintenance and modifications

Requirements:

* Ability to solder very small package components (0201, QFPs, and others)
* Use of soldering irons, hot air guns, microscopes
* Ability to follow diagrams and identify electronics components
* Experience with soldering and rework stations
* Familiarity with diagnostic tools and test equipment
* Electronics technical support experience in a development environment desirable
* ESD protection awareness
* IT literate, competent using MS Office
