Part-Time Account Manager

Location: Ely (CB7)
Duration: 12-Month FTC
Hours: 28 per week (Monday to Thursday)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Polytec are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager on a part-time basis over 4 days for our client based in Ely. This is initially a 12-month fixed term contract but has potential to become permanent for the right person.

Responsibilities:

* Lead contact for customer account management matters
* Input orders onto the MRP system
* Ensuring parts are on track with production
* Create returns paperwork
* Ensure new enquiries are dealt with promptly
* Maintain a strong customer relationship

Requirements:

* Excellent attention to detail and work accuracy
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
* IT literate with good MS Office skills
* A good understanding of MRP systems would be helpful
* Previous experience within an engineering / manufacturing environment
