We have an exciting, diverse and challenging position providing Technical Support and Solutions to Public Safety and Private Users. This is a customer orientated role with an emphasis on providing quality solutions by phone and email. The client is based North of Cambridge and offers excellent employee benefits.
UK Security Clearance is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in a customer support desk role in a commercial /B2B environment within in a high-tech product development organisation
* Knowledge of Service Management processes and best practices in customer support (ITIL)
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
The client is particularly interested in candidates that are multi-lingual.
